There’s little that Kirk hasn’t experienced over his time in the industry, he knows full well the daily challenges that business owners and their front-line property management teams face, and the balance which is required to keep the ship afloat, so he’s in a unique position to give an objective view.

Kirk has assisted the careers of innumerable property managers as they progress within the industry, his advice has seen some clients go on to run their own businesses and others have moved into senior roles within the industry.

He has mentored and coached everyone in a company structure from reception through to managing directors and the benefits they have found are still with them some years later.
